Bobbi Jo Ulrich brings passion, experience, and a relentless drive for excellence to every team she leads. As a co-owner and Director of Elevate Volleyball Club, Bobbi Jo has built a program centered on development, culture, and competing at the highest level.

With nearly two decades of coaching experience, Bobbi Jo began her journey in La Crosse, Wisconsin, coaching park and recreation athletes before moving into the high school and club ranks. She has been coaching club volleyball since 2017 and currently serves as a Master Coach and Nationals Head Coach at Elevate, guiding teams to compete against top programs across the country.

At the high school level, Bobbi Jo has led programs with energy and purpose, serving as Head Coach at Tomah High School (2022–2024) and now continuing her leadership at New Lisbon High School. Her coaching style emphasizes accountability, confidence, and creating athletes who compete fearlessly.

Known for her hands-on approach and ability to connect with players, Bobbi Jo is committed to developing not just strong athletes, but strong, confident young women prepared for the next level—both on and off the court.

Whether on the sidelines or in the gym, Bobbi Jo's mission is simple: push athletes to elevate their game, their mindset, and their future.
