Club Sports are Student-Initiated and Student-Led which means our Sport Team Captains are vital to their success. Being a Team Captain is a great way to develop leadership skills, fuel your athletic passions, and socialize with other Western students.The Sport Team Captains will work closely with the RecWell Coordinator to start a new sport team, work through logistics, and recruit students. Your role will help develop, growth, and ensure sustainability of your inspired sport.
