The Western Club Sports Cornhole Team is a group of students who want to come together to enjoy and compete in the game of Cornhole, a popular backyard and tailgating sport. The Sport Team typically practices in a variety of locations, such as local parks, community centers, designated venues, and even in the Western Wellness Center on campus. Regular practices allow students to improve their aim, consistency, and strategy while enjoying a fun and social atmosphere. 

Competitions for the Cornhole Team ranges from friendly in-house matches to organized leagues and tournaments. The Sports Team can even participate in regional and national events, including those sanctioned by the American Cornhole League (ACL) or the American Cornhole Organization (ACO). Participating in sanctioned tournaments such as the ACL and ACO allow for our students to compete for cash prizes and rankings with ultimate possibility of being ranked a National Champion. Whether playing for fun or aiming for championship-level comptition, the Western Cornhole Team provides an excellent way to engage with the game and connect with fellow players and students.
