Bio

Cassidy Spies is a former collegiate volleyball player with a passion for athlete development and
building strong team culture. After competing for five years at the college level, she finished her
career at Edgewood University, where she earned First Team All-Conference honors twice and
developed a reputation for leadership, competitiveness, and work ethic.

Cassidy joined Elevate Volleyball Club as a 13’s assistant coach, bringing energy and a
player-focused approach to the gym each day. Her experience as a collegiate athlete allows her
to connect with players while helping them strengthen their fundamentals, confidence, and
overall understanding of the game.

Along with her club coaching experience, Cassidy has spent time working numerous collegiate
volleyball camps throughout her playing career, helping train and mentor athletes across a
variety of age groups and skill levels. She values creating a positive and competitive
environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and motivated to grow.

confident teammates and leaders both on and off the court
